1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the offerings provided by Velindor on the domain velinova.tech. By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to these Terms.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific fee schedules are provided in the order form or invoice associated with each offering.

5. Refund Policy

We maintain an extended refund policy per category. All refund requests must be submitted via contact.html.

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service commencement, provided no third-party commitments have been initiated on your behalf. If work has begun with external parties, refunds are not available, as those commitments incur non-recoverable fees. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Subject to our approval, you may transfer your booked service to another qualified party by notifying us at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled start date. Transfers are not permitted after third-party arrangements are finalized.

5.2 Digital Products

Refund requests for digital products are accepted within 14 days of delivery if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, submit your request via contact.html. Upon approval, funds are credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. After 10% access, no refund is offered, as content is deemed delivered.

5.3 Physical Goods

Refund requests for physical goods are accepted within 30 days of dispatch if items remain in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping items back to our address. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. If items are defective, we will cover shipping costs and offer either an interaction platform or refund at your option.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations for professional services require at least 5 business days’ notice prior to the scheduled date for full credits. Late cancellations incur a fee equal to 50% of the quoted fee. No cancellations are accepted within 2 business days of the service start date.

7. Liability

Velindor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential effects arising from our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant offering.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without reference to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is dated 2025.
